They are currently performing a wonderful job. Assignments that I turned in on time received a mix of good and average grades. I almost failed one incident because the writer's writing was so bad. As the support personnel wasn't able to resolve the problem quickly enough, I had to fix it myself. The support staff wasn't very helpful that moment, and they didn't even refund my money.
